Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Argana Dune website (arganadune.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. All product descriptions, including ingredient lists and usage instructions, are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify product formulations while maintaining quality standards — updated ingredient lists will be reflected on product pages.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Prices may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Argana Dune is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Orders & Fulfillment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Marrakech, Morocco. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 60+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and chosen delivery method. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied, contact us at bonjour@arganadune.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number. Returned products must be in original condition with minimal use. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Spa & Professional Programme

Spa partnership agreements are governed by separate B2B contracts. Minimum order quantities, pricing, and programme terms are outlined in your individual agreement. Argana Dune reserves the right to modify professional programme terms with 30 days written notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on arganadune.com — including text, images, brand identity, product photography, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Argana Dune and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Argana Dune is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco, unless local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
